No-Cost Housing
Eligible H2A workers who cannot return to their permanent residence daily receive inspected, safety-compliant housing at no charge, subject to the certified job order.
Required Wages and Work
You must receive at least the applicable wage stated in the certified job order. Employers generally must offer at least 75% of the contract hours, calculated over the contract period.
Transportation Benefits
Reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence must be provided or reimbursed as required by H2A rules. Return transportation and subsistence are generally covered after successful completion, subject to regulatory exceptions.
Lawful Temporary Employment
An approved H2A petition and visa allow employment only for the authorised employer and job. Visa issuance and US admission are never guaranteed.
Worker Protections
Never pay anyone to secure an H2A job. Recruitment and employer visa-related fees may not be charged to workers.

Job Matching and Offer
If a suitable certified H2A position is available, we introduce you to the opportunity and provide the employer, duties, location, dates, wage and contract terms for review.
Employer Petition and Documents
The employer completes the required US labour-certification and USCIS petition process. If selected, we help you prepare the required personal documents accurately.
Courier Arrangements
After the required petition approval, we assist you with the DS-160, visa documentation and courier arrangements. The US Embassy controls appointment availability and interview requirements.
Visa Decision and Preparation
A US consular officer makes the visa decision. If approved, we help you prepare for travel and explain your contract, arrival arrangements and worker rights.
Travel and Arrival
Once your visa and travel arrangements are confirmed, you travel to the United States. Admission is decided by US border authorities, and transport to your authorised place of employment is arranged according to the job order.
How long does it take? From submitting your profile to receiving your visa typically takes 6–12 weeks. Starting early gives you the best shot at your preferred season.
Do I need farming experience? It helps, and some roles require it. But many farms want willing, hardworking people. Be honest in your application and we’ll match accordingly.

H2A Wages and Worker Benefits
H2A wages are set according to the applicable wage rate stated in the certified job order. Wage rates are updated regularly by the US Department of Labor and vary by state and crop activity. Workers also benefit from no-cost housing, transportation provisions and other protections set out in the job order and H2A programme regulations.

Things people always ask us.
Some roles require it, others don’t. General harvest and packing work is open to motivated, hardworking applicants. We’ll match you to what fits your background.
A working level of English is required. You’ll need to communicate with supervisors and navigate daily life in the US. Fluency isn’t mandatory, but basic spoken and written English is.
H2A wages are set by the applicable wage rate stated in the certified job order. For the latest wage information, please refer to the official wage schedule.
We charge a service fee for placement and visa assistance, clearly communicated before you commit. No hidden charges. US law also requires employers to cover certain costs and we’ll explain what’s your responsibility and what isn’t.
Many workers return to the same farm year after year. If your employer wants you back and you want to return, the renewal process is generally much smoother. We assist with that too.
